We were traveling to Massillon OH and there was no way to avoid hitting a 5 x 5 block of wood which fell off a simi trailer smack dab under our car, worrying about under carriage damage we called White's who set us up to drop off on our way home, rented us a car to travel home with and worked us in to get the car damage reviewed by the service department. They saved the day for us and we so very much appreciated their time and courtesy and the the rental which was great!

Good communication. Wish at least my first service came with a free car wash. Seat cover and floor mat was left in vehicle for me to dispose of.

I was struggling to make arrangements to drop off my car for an oil change and tire rotation. They were very accommodating and allowed me to drop the car off on the previous day and pick it up later on the day it was serviced.
Service was quick and efficient. Price was agreeable. The list of possible needed future repairs were explained.

Was quickly scheduled for an oil change and tire rotation. Added a brake fluid flush after the inspection. Total service time was about an hour and a half. Cheapest oil change price I have found. Very pleased with the service.
This was the best experience we have ever had. They actually listened to what we were looking for and came up with a vehicle that we hadn't even considered. They explained everything very well. We were very impressed. Great job, guys!

The service people are very friendly and accommodating. The scheduling of specific services could be better. I was there over 6 hours on an oil change and a camera update. They didn’t explain the scenarios related to the product recall.

I chose to "walk in" for routine service on my 2025 Odyssey. I was greeted and told they coukd squeeze me in without problem. A comfortable waiting space and internet connection made the time pass quickly and now I am "good" for a while. Everyone was nice and helpful. My only problem was that the "wrench" symbol remained on my dash screen. I didn't want to drive back over there, and finally it disappeared, whether from our efforts or chance...
The buying experience overall was ok. I appreciate how you all showed the way you came up with pricing on my vehicle. After I purchased the vehicle, it was apparent that the previous owner was a smoker (I didn't initially notice it as my nose isn't what it used to be. My wife later pointed it out). I would have appreciated more transparency with this during the purchasing process along with an explanation of what you all do to mitigate it.
Went in for a full inspection and oil change. Brett was an awesome guy and his team got it done in good time. The waiting area is nice and clean, as well there was a man that would check up on us and get us a water if you wanted. Overall a very good experience.

Ashly was very good at picking the car for us. We told her what we wanted, she found it and actually found us a car that was better than we asked for. The people at the dealership were friendly not pushy and facilities clean and neat.

We were over in Ohio from NY to check out UNOH with our son driving our 2019 Toyota 4Runner. When we got to our hotel, I realized our brakes were bad. The dealership and the employees there were very nice, helpful, and accommodating. I had a nail in my tire in which I used my Tire and Wheel coverage. Only downside was that when calling service to inquire where else I could take my vehicle to have this repair done, I was given a phone number to a company that did not have any record of me on there. So I had to drive over an hour to the dealership from where I live to get the service done.
The crew at White's Toyota of Lima truly made the car buying experience a comfortable one. Lucas, Zoey, and Miles took care of us and were fantastic. They make a great team which of course results in a great experience for the customer. Will be a return customer for any future vehicle needs.

Top notch dealership. Bought a used car and on the first warm day realized the A/C didn't get cold. It needed a new compressor, and they fixed it free of charge.
