Advantages of the 2021 Honda Accord over the 2021 Toyota Avalon
The Toyota Avalon flaunts more power than the Accord with a power output of 301 horsepower and 267 pound-feet of torque. But let’s not forget that the Accord has another two-liter turbocharged inline-four-cylinder engine option that produces an impressive 252 horsepower and 273 pound-feet of torque. That said, both vehicles have potent powertrain offerings. The base Accord trims offer a continuously variable automatic transmission (CVT) while the Toyota Avalon offers an eight-speed automatic. The other option for the Honda Accord is the 10-speed automatic transmission that comes mated to the two-liter engine. Let’s not forget about the the2.5-liter inline-four-cylinder hybrid engine option for the Avalon that puts out 205 horsepower and 185 pound-feet of torque.
Both the sedans offer interactive infotainment systems that are easy to use and responsive.
