For those with a sportier nature, driving is almost never better than when behind the wheel of a vehicle with a manual transmission. While manual transmissions might not be as common or widespread as they once were, especially with the introduction of Continuously Variable Transmissions and Paddle Shifter, they still pop up every once in a while, and they’re still highly sought after by these enthusiasts. What else do we know about the 2022 Honda Civic lineup?
Our knowledge as of now for the all-new, next-generation Honda Civic lineup is still relatively slim. The automaker unveiled the Civic Sedan, but few details about other members of the Civic family have surfaced. One thing we know for sure is that the Honda Civic Coupe will not be returning, having finally been discontinued like so many other coupe models on the market over the past several years.
So, that means the 11th-generation Honda Civic Lineup will consist of the Civic Sedan, Civic Si, Civic Hatchback and Civic Type R, barring any later additions. For example, we’ve been hearing rumors about the return of a Civic Hybrid, but that’s all they remain right now. We’re not sure there needs to be a Civic Hybrid considering the presence of the Honda Insight, but if we hear otherwise we’ll be sure to fill you in.
We’re waiting patiently and excitedly for more information about the remainder of the lineup. Until then, you can read all about the 2022 Honda Civic Sedan on the White’s Honda Blog.
